Yellow Fever
The surgery is an appointed yellow fever vaccination centre. We can only vaccinate patients registered with us.
Private Fees
The Surgery will charge for non-NHS work. This includes completing insurance forms, letters to outside of the NHS, private sick-notes and performing private medical examinations. A full list of the BMA approved fees is available at the Surgery.
Here is an explanation about private fees: Why-does-my-doctor-charge-fees.pdf
Private referrals
Where requested we will refer patients for private treatment. There will be no charge for this.
However, patients should be aware that where they have been seen privately Dyneley House Surgery is not responsible for any actions requested by the private provider. This means that the private provider is responsible for issuing any prescriptions, organising any further investigations and making any onward referrals arising from the private treatment.
