The Patient Services Manager
What Does the Group do?
The Group meets regularly in order to discuss how we can improve the services provided by the Practice.
The Group is currently working with the Practice to produce a patient questionnaire for feedback on the Practice’s new phone system.
We will also provide a means of feeding back your comments, concerns and suggestions to the practice management.
What the Group Cannot Do
We cannot handle complaints. Also, we do not have access to confidential patient information.
How Can You Help?
You can pass on messages or ideas to us, you can join our friendly group that meets monthly at the surgery,
or you can join our new Virtual Patient Reference Group.
Patients who join this new VPRG will be sent short questionnaires by email from time to time to help shape and develop services,
at Dyneley House Surgery, this is an exciting way to get involved if you are unable to attend meetings in person.
To find out more, or if you have any ideas or comments you wish to pass on,
please contact us using the "contact us" tab above or write to us at the surgery
please mark your correspondence for our Chair, Pamela Reader.
You can put your envelope in the surgery letterbox if they are closed.
